Use of AI Technologies by the Contractor

  1. In providing its services, the Contractor (ISA) may use software solutions that employ artificial intelligence methods (e.g. large language models).
  2. Personal data is processed within such systems solely for the purpose of performing the contract and in compliance with applicable legal requirements (in particular the GDPR, the German Trade Secrets Act (GeschGehG) and the EU AI Act). Upon request, the Contractor will provide evidence of its employees’ AI literacy.
  3. The Client’s data will not be used for any other purposes, in particular for disclosure to third parties or for training the systems used, without the Client’s prior express written consent.
