A comprehensive training on the job in cooperation with the Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein.
Starting on October 1st each year, we offer the opportunity to start dual studies graduating as Bachelor of Arts – Business Economics with a stress on trade.
Our cooperation partner for these dual studies is the Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein (DHSH) in Kiel. You will be trained for several months in each of the areas Sales Assistant, Order Management, Finance and Controlling, Quality Assurance/Corporate Responsibility and Logistics. A focus will be put on work-related project work in coordination with the content treated at the Duale Hochschule, work-related excursions, training in the area of shoe technics as well as work shadowing in Design & Collection and the preparation and execution of training projects within the company’s headquarters in Neumünster.
